Pixiecello

Pixiecello is our take on the classic Italian sweet citrus liquor. We source organic Pixie tangerines from Rainbow Ranch in Ojai California and tincture the peel in our distilled mead, Honeyshine. Then we combine it with a simple honey syrup and add in juice from the tangerines.

Enjoy it on ice after a delicious meal, or use as a mixer in your favorite cocktails
